Webinars
Yes. On completion of your webinar you will be able to access your pd certificate online.
Yes, however only one pd certificate is issued for a session. Contact us at [email=info@ashgrovelearning.ca]info@ashgrovelearning.ca[/email] if you would like a group rate so that certificates can be issues to all attendees.
Courses
Our on line courses are yours to utilize until they are updated. Once a course is updated there will be a 90 day grace period before the replaces course is removed from the system.
No. Our courses are designed with the practitioner in mind. We know that you are busy and need to come and go on your own time. Our courses are divided into units and lessons so that you can come and go at will.
Our courses are set up so that you have as much access to them as you need. As such everything is available on your screen. We provide the information in a voiced over powerpoint with accompanying notes and examples.
Yes there are quizzes in the courses. We know you need verifiable PD and this is the best way to ensure that you get it. The quizzes are not difficult and relate directly to the subject matter. We do promise they will make you think though! You may take a quiz as many times as you like.
Seminars
Yes. We attempt to create a meal option that will meet most peoples dietary requirements but if there are serious issues that we need to be aware of please make sure you let us know.
Yes. On completion of your seminar we will send you your pd certificate online.

Yes, absolutely!
No, once you purchase a course it is available to you through your account. Courses are designed to be easy to follow and a reasonable in length of time for efficient completion. (Generally 2-4 hours)
No, our courses are available to everyone. However course discounts are available for our subscribers.
Practice Management
Your subscription is designed to be individualized for you. You will have your own wall, have access to the private forum which and your private consulting will be sent directly to you on your private site. Sharing with others will not likely allow you the privacy you may want and may allow others to inadvertently make posts or comments in your name.
Our subscriptions are designed for different kinds of practices, trainees and management. We believe each subscription level carries tremendous value on its own for the level being sought.
While this site is designed for public practitioners, we will have a subscription level designed for technicians in training. The anticipated launch date for that is spring 2014. Until then we recommend the Compilation, Tax and Assurance Practice Subscription.
