Mentoring

If you are considering entering public practice for the first time, you could find that you will have to contract a mentor for the first set of files in the main file streams.  Typically this would be the first five compilation, review and audit files.

Some newer practitioners find comfort in carrying the relationship longer, or would like to arrange an informal mentoring arrangement.

Either way, Ashgrove can help.  At Ashgrove we are committed to assisting practitioners get started on the right track.  We are currently registered with CGA Alberta and follow the national program requirements.  With our combined practical experience and inspection experience, we can assist you in ensuring your files are up to standard.
