Having spent many years in public practice, we at Ashgrove recognise how difficult and time consuming it can be to find sufficient time to spend with staff, review their work, help them learn and progress up to the next level.

Ashgrove can help your practice by providing a mentorship/training program for your staff member for a designated period of time to assist them through the growing pains of learning about public practice. This service can be modified to fit your particular situation and requirements.

Our learning tools will help staff with basic file preparation, teach them the resources available to them, provide a resource for those questions they find hard to ask. Our forum may provide an opportunity to share with others who are learning as well.
